Technical resource center for CD/DVD burning, background music related problems
Are you experiencing background music problems? Please read the following:
- Please make sure DirectX Runtime is installed.
DirectX9.0 is recommended. Please download DirectX from:

If you encounter a problem with Album Theme, please download and install Flash Player version 9.0 from the following link.

If you want to add Windows Media Format (wma, asf, asx) files you need to install the following add-on:

If your problem persists, please make sure you have installed SP2 for Windows XP systems or SP4 for Windows 2000 systems.

If you need to add DRM protected music to your slideshow, please use NoteBurner Audio Converter to convert M4P files to MP3.
If the CD/DVD burner is not recognized or you get an error while burning DVD/CD discs, please read the following:

Please make sure you are running the latest version. Otherwise, please
download and install the latest version by clicking
the program download link.

Please do not save the original photos on the burned
CD or DVD disc. In the Burn Disc window, please uncheck the "Save
original image file on disc" option.

Please change the temporary folder from the Options window by clicking View->Options menu.
In the Options window, please delete all temporary files by clicking the "Remove All Temporary Folder" button.

If your problem persists, please change the burning engine and/or burning engine driver mode.
You can do this on the Burn Disc window by selecting the "DVD/CD Recorder Options" tab.
On this tab, please select the "Using internal burning engine" option and change the burning engine from
"AnvSoft Burning Engine" to "Integrated Burning Engine" or vice versa. Please also select the ASPI Driver as the Driver Mode. You may refer to the following screenshot:

If the program still cannot recognize your DVD or CD writer and you are running DVD Photo Slideshow on Windows NT/2000/XP,
please download WnAspi32.dll and save it to the set-up folder of DVD Photo Slideshow.
Normally it is located in: C:\Program Files\ DVD Photo Slideshow which is assigned in one of the set-up steps.

If the problem persists, please email us the program log file named
dps.log in the program set-up folder.
Output files (MPEG, MP4, FLV) could not play back normally on your PC? Please read the following:

You need to install the QuickTime Player to support QuickTime (MOV, QT) files play back.

Please try Any Video Converter from http://www.any-dvd-converter.com to convert the video files to MP4 or MPEG-2 files first so they could be added to Movie DVD Maker or DVD Burning Xpress.
